When I collected my reconditioned frame you asked if you could see some pictures of the finished bike, here they are:

The bike is my 2001 Mercian that you built for me, the refurb’ involved the frame being reconditioned by you. I also fitted Shimano Dura ace hubs and Excellence rims and Ultegra Cassette, Dura ace Rear and front mechs, Campag triple comp crankset, I have reused the Shimano XT cantilever brakes that were originally fitted with new ultegra brake levers I also reused the original Dura ace down tube levers as well as the bars, saddle and stems. New mudguards and Jag cable set finish it off.

I have just been out on a first test ride and it’s a dream!
