Mercian frame and bicycle terms and conditions -

Deposits for Mercian frames and Mercian complete bikes are Non - refundable.
In order to process your order we ask for a £400 deposit for a Frame only order or £600 for a Complete Bike order. We try to put a lot of care and time into each frame and bike order to make sure the order is right for you and we order the parts as soon as the order is confirmed with a deposit, for these reasons deposits are non-refundable.

Guarantee - Mercian frames are guaranteed for 5 years. In the unlikely event of a problem within this time - speak to us - we will repair or replace your frame. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and does not include: Defects caused by accidents, wear and tear, neglect or misuse.
Frames repaired or altered by a third party will invalidate your guarantee. Mercian guarantee applies only to parts manufactured by ourselves. Composite material used in framebuilding is guaranteed for 2 years.

For complete bikes - for parts other than Mercian manufactured items, the warranties are individually guaranteed through the component / accessory manufacturer or supplier. Speak to us and we will always try to offer you the best customer service in the unlikely event of a problem.
