I am sending a couple of pictures of my new Mercian. I've now had it out on a number of long rides and countless shorter ones, and I can say that it handles wonderfully! My last ride was around 70 miles with about 6500 feet of climbing. The bike is very responsive, yet never harsh. One 3-mile section of the last ride was on unpaved, wash-boarded gravel and the bike just soaked up the roughs.

I built it up using a combination of NOS and new componentry, with attention to maintaining a classic look.
