Well first of all I must say congratulations to all our lads and lasses at the Olympics. Especially the cycling team of all disciplines . The track riders where a wonder to watch and of course world class. I for one wish them luck in the future. The team pursuit was amazing to watch and by far my favourite event. Well as you can now tell I am back from my so short a break and will start posting again on a regular basis.
