953 main tubes, oversize, lugged, frame only (to suit carbon forks of your choice). Standard sized 953 tubing is now available, please specify when ordering.
Our standard 953 frame is oversize tubing, built with quality cast lugs.
The seat and chainstays are Reynolds 725 tubing with components and braze-ons in non-stainless. The seat stays on 953 frames are shot in to give a sleek design.
Stainless steel dropouts (vertical or track) are available at an extra cost of £100 + VAT vertical, £130 track.
Polishing stainless steel is done by specialists and the cost for polishing is approximately the same as Chrome Plating.
Customers wanting polished main tubes (as our shop display model) will need to check price at the time of ordering, but from £250 for 3 tube sections.
No chrome on a 953 frame.

Stainless steel and 953 give you the flexibility to have various areas of the frame polished in either mirror finish or a satin finish for a truly bespoke item.
This style of frame is priced individually as stainless stays, dropouts and components are an upgrade on the standard 953 frame - which is built for painting / main tubes with polished panels only.
Most components can be now be ordered in Stainless steel for polishing e.g. head lugs, front and rear dropouts, fork crown etc, but the special stainless steel brazing material does not polish to the same coloured finish as the stainless, so please bear this in mind when considering major polished areas.
